Marks memo is the original certificate which is provided by the board to the students. Students may think that they can use the results copy, but they can’t. If the students want to get the provisional certificate they can get it two months after the announcement of HBSE 12th Result 2019. Students may consult the respected schools for the Original Marks Certificate. If the students lost the certificate board will provide a duplicate certificate with some amount of fee.
